All items in our store are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. As a result, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
However, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 5% restocking fee applies to all returns. No items are considered final sale.
We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. In these cases, we will gladly provide a replacement or a refund.
Please note:
Color variations due to screen settings or minor printing inconsistencies are not considered defects.
We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Unclaimed or rejected shipments may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
